How to use the Attendance System:
- Login: Access the system using your credentials through the main page.
- Dashboard: After logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard, where you can see an overview of the system's functionalities.
- Manage Pupils & Classes: You can add, edit, and manage pupils and classes through the respective management pages.
- Take Attendance: Use the "Take Attendance" feature to mark the attendance for each class.
- Attendance Reports: Generate and view attendance reports for different classes and date ranges.
- Duty Book: The system also includes a "Duty Book" for teachers to log events and observations during their duty.

- Manage Students: Register and manage your students in the system.
- Student Tasks: Assign and monitor student tasks.

The Doc Generator is a powerful tool that assists teachers in creating various educational documents like Schemes of Work and Lesson Plans, based on the curriculum.
How to use the Doc Generator:
- Register/Login: Create an account or log in to access the document generation features.
- Dashboard: The dashboard will show your previously created documents and give you options to create new ones.
- Create Scheme of Work: Use the "Create Scheme of Work" tool by selecting the subject, class, and other relevant details to generate a comprehensive scheme of work.
- Manage Data: The system allows for the management of curriculum data, which is used for generating the documents.
- View and Export: You can view the generated documents within the system and export them as Word documents.

- Manage Exams: You can view, edit, delete, and print your created exams.
- Export to Word: The system allows you to export the generated exams into a Word document for easy distribution.
